Check-in at the Estate is quick and efficient. Our Front Desk Agents have been trained to make your arrival experience a seamless and enjoyable one. You must be 21 years of age or older, present a valid picture ID and a credit/debit card. A credit/debit card is required for all check-ins, however cash payments can be made at check-out. An $80.00 authorization will be placed on your credit/debit card to secure any incidental charges you may incur during your stay. Incidental charges are typically restaurant, bar, room service, and gift shop charges, and could also be massages or any other of the amenities we have to offer. This hold is temporary and typically released three to five business days following your departure (depending on your bank). However, this hold is much longer if a debit card is used. We strongly suggest the use of a credit card at check-in.
